or any other legal professional body, regulator, or admission authority.
All educational materials provided by Bar Exam Prep are independently created and are not derived from confidential examination materials, official exam content, or proprietary resources belonging to any bar association or regulatory authority.
2. Educational Purpose Only
All tutoring sessions, materials, and guidance provided by Bar Exam Prep are supplied for educational and exam preparation purposes only.
Nothing provided through the website, tutoring sessions, or course materials constitutes:
legal advice
professional legal services
advice about admission to practice
advice about eligibility for the bar examinations.
Participants should consult the relevant professional bodies, including:
the Victorian Bar
the New South Wales Bar Association
or relevant admission authorities
for official information regarding exam requirements, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
3. No Guarantee of Examination Results
Bar Exam Prep provides tutoring designed to assist candidates in preparing for bar entrance examinations. However:
success in the Victorian Bar Entrance Exam or NSW Bar Exam is not guaranteed, and
participation in tutoring or use of materials does not ensure passing any examination or gaining admission to the bar.
Examination outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including:
the candidate’s own preparation and ability
examination conditions
changes to examination format or syllabus
decisions made by the relevant bar authorities.
By using our services, you acknowledge that Bar Exam Prep accepts no responsibility for examination outcomes or admission decisions.
4. Accuracy of Information
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and usefulness of our materials, Bar Exam Prep does not warrant that all information provided is complete, current, or suitable for every candidate.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bar Exam Prep excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from:
reliance on tutoring sessions or course materials

decisions made based on information provided by Bar Exam Prep
examination outcomes or admission decisions.
Where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), our liability is limited, at our option, to:
re-supplying the tutoring services, or
refunding the fees paid for the relevant services.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or other applicable legislation that cannot be lawfully excluded.
If you are a consumer within the meaning of the ACL, you may have statutory guarantees relating to the services we provide.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, written guides, practice questions, model answers, teaching slides, and other educational content provided by Bar Exam Prep remain the intellectual property of Bar Exam Prep unless otherwise stated.
Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use these materials solely for their personal exam preparation.
Participants must not:
reproduce or distribute materials
upload materials online
share materials with third parties
sell or commercially exploit any course content.
Unauthorised use or distribution of materials may result in termination of access and legal action.
8. User Responsibilities
By using Bar Exam Prep services, participants agree to:
use the services for lawful purposes only
not misrepresent themselves as affiliated with Bar Exam Prep
not distribute course materials without permission
maintain respectful conduct during tutoring sessions.
Bar Exam Prep reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services if a participant breaches these obligations.
9. Payment and Refunds
Fees for tutoring services must be paid in accordance with the payment terms displayed on the Bar Exam Prep website.
Unless otherwise specified:
tutoring sessions must be paid in advance
refunds may be provided at our discretion or in accordance with any published refund policy.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
10. Website Use
Use of the Bar Exam Prep website is at the user’s own risk. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Bar Exam Prep is not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, or data loss arising from website use.
